  I found this company via the Listed Property Owners Club Supplier Directory. Simon visited on time to inspect our property and then quoted clearly and promptly for the work. He agreed to reuse our existing down pipe which did not need replacement thus saving a considerable sum.
  
  The team arrived on time to carry out the job and I was kept regularly informed of progress all the way through the project without once having to chase for news. The job was more complex than they had originally thought as our 500 year old roof does not follow straight lines.
  
  However, they took their time adapting and modifying the riser brackets where necessary so that the fit was precise.
  
  This was a very tricky job that other companies would have rushed and bodged, as with the previous installation. Despite the job taking twice as long as estimated they stuck exactly to their written quote.
  
  A reliable, honest group of craftsmen that take pride in the job and understand old buildings. Cannot recommend highly enough.
